Cibo’s humble beginnings as a small Italian restaurant in Adelaide Mall created a trail of coffee connoisseurs who wanted more!
This consumer desire saw the first ‘’Cibo Espresso’ bar open in Rundle Street, and the brand has since become one of the most loved across South Australia!
The CIBO Espresso Story
Cibo Espresso was born from a passion to share the simple pleasures of the Italian lifestyle – wonderful coffee and quality food in a modern, stylish bar setting.
Share an “Italian moment” whenever you choose, just by stepping through the door. We use 100 percent Premium Arabica coffee beans, roasted and blended to our own special recipe. Our baristas are trained to ensure a great shot every time. Everyone can appreciate the quality and consistency of Cibo Espresso, visiting Italian’s could even be forgiven for thinking they were back at home.
