Nishad has a proven track record of creating significant and sustainable growth for QSR organisations and franchises across the globe. During his over 10 years leading retail operations and supply chain for Starbucks, he played an integral role in guiding the expansion to over 2,500 stores in the Asia Pacific region. As a senior executive at Skylark, Nishad oversaw marketing, menu, promotions and sales strategy for the organisation’s 3,000 Japanese restaurants and accelerated their transformation to superior financial performance.
Warren joined the board of Retail Zoo in May 2014. Warren joined Bain Capital in 2005 and is a Managing Director based in the Hong Kong office. He is also a Director of Rise Education and previously of Guitar Center and Applied Systems, where he supported the launch of a new software.
David joined Bain Capital in 2013. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was Sales & Marketing Director with eBay in Australia responsible for all aspects of demand generation, marketing and advertising sales. Prior to eBay, Mr. Odgers worked in airport duty free retail with The Nuance Group where he held general management roles covering operations, store design, business development and marketing. Earlier in his career Mr. Odgers spent over 10 years as a management consultant, mainly with Bain & Company, working in Europe, the United States and Australia on a range of industries and strategic issues.
Paul joined Retail Zoo in 2016, having previously held senior finance positions including CFO in some of Australia’s largest corporations.
As a Head of Finance, Paul recently spent 8 years at Woolworths and Coles Ltd with key roles in Supply Chain, Property, IT, Online, Loyalty and finally Store Operations. During this time massive growth and capital investment delivered enormous returns.
Paul was a Non-Executive Director for 9 years on the Board of Eftel Ltd, which became a part of Dodo, the well-known Internet service provider. Eftel had humble beginnings, acquired many small ISP’s, listed and then eventually sold to M2, Paul played a significant role in this journey.
A strategic, multidisciplinary developer with an eye for innovation Christian heads up the fastest growing department at Retail Zoo, responsible for all brands presence on the digital landscape. A digital native with over 14 years experience in the UK & US, having worked on variety of projects for clients including BBC, MTV, Barclays Bank and AAA Game developers.
With over 15 years of experience in the design, advertising and fashion industries; Angelica now leads Retail Zoo creatively, touching all facets of the business. From inception, corporate branding, right down through to store design, Angelica ensures that the business is creatively consistent, stimulating and trend setting.
Yvette Van Zwol joined Retail Zoo as Business Systems Manager in 2012 and has recently been appointed Head of IT. Yvette has more than 14 years’ experience in IT industry specialising in retail organisations. Yvette is an IT all-rounder with a diverse range of IT experience.
Sally joined the Retail Zoo team in 2012 and has 8 years of experience in Australia and the UK working in franchising, sales & recruitment. She is responsible for the franchise store sales growth of all Retail Zoo brands domestically along with international franchise expansion. Sally oversees the end to end franchising experience from marketing & advertising franchise opportunities, candidate selection processes and approval and the facilitation of franchise documentation.
